Eddah is an independent consultant with Consultancy for Organization Development CODR and has conducted qualitative, quantitative and mixed surveys in Evaluations (baseline, Formative, Midterm, Endterm, rapid Evaluations and transformative evaluations) and developed strategic plans for a number of organizations, in Kenya, Africa and Internationally.
Eddah has a multifaced competence in Organizational Development, Monitoring, Evaluation and gender specialization and training. She has worked as a technical advisor for USAID funded organization overseeing activities in Eastern and Central regions of Kenya, which led to strengthening the health systems. She has also supported other organization in Kenya such as AMREF Kenya where with the M&E manager conducted the M&E capacity assessment in and facilitated the M&E training for the Kenya Country Office staffs She has conducted trainings and workshops on various aspects of project management monitoring and evaluation, Frameworks and Theories in M&E, strategic planning and Gender and Equity focused evaluations for various organization and training institutions. Eddah is also a certified facilitator and trainer of trainers (TOT) in health systems management. |
